放入模具
第二次發酵 約1小時

掃上蛋液
唧上面料
放上芝麻
180度 焗25分鐘

餡料:
牛油 25g(室溫)
糖 20g
蛋液 13g
低筋粉 3g
椰絲 40g
(依次序混合及造型後 放雪櫃)

面料:
牛油 10g(室溫)
糖 5g
低筋粉 10g
(依次序混合放 室溫)
