Water 6 cups
Toor dal 1/4th cup
1 small potato
Tomato 1 medium
1 small carrot
Drumsticks 2
Brinjal 1 small
Onion 1 small
Green chillies 2
Elephant yam 1 small piece
Coriander leaves

For tadka/ tempering
Oil 1 tbsp
Dry red chillies 2
Curry leaves
Shallots 2-3
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
