Since coming back from United States and coming off my medication my habits have recently slipped, I have been eating more processed food than I normally would which has contributed to me gaining a small amount of weight. So In this video I'll be showing you the things I've been doing that have helped enormously to get myself back on track and get in better a mindset so I can continue maintaining my 40lbs weight loss.
