So I'm still waiting for a single person to send me a video proving that the workout in Brad's volume paper can be done. Squat, leg press and leg extension 5X8-10RM (To failure) on a 90 second rest. The first person to prove me wrong, one video, no edits and I'll Paypal you $1k.

But no less than a week after that video, did someone send me the most hilarious example of what I was talking about. To whit, a paper with Brad Schoenfeld's name on it regarding the development of a tool to, get this, assess bias in exercise science.

Hahahahahahahaha. Ahahahahahahaha. I mean if anybody knows about bias it's Brad since he makes excuses for his everywhere.

Anyhow, here's a video with a couple points about the paper. How he can claim integrity with a straight face is beyond me. How the rest of this industry can let him get away with uncriticized is beyond me. Actually that's false. I know why they do it and hope they have good kneepads.

How you people are too dumb to see through it is even more beyond me. But you get what you deserve because of it. When you buy lies over facts, it's your own fault for wasting your training career now isn't it?

Let's not forget Mike Israetel's claim in our "debate" that these tools don't apply to exercise science. Just more lies.
