226 g unsalted melted butter
1 1/2 cups of sugar syrup
Ingredients for the sugar syrup,
1 1/2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of water
3 tbsp rose water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey/ optional
vanilla ice cream to serve
additional ground pistachio for garnish
