炸Popiah(炸春卷)🔥马来西亚小吃,表皮酥脆,沙葛内馅咸香入味,超级好吃😋

材料:30克虾米、600克沙葛、1块去皮胡萝卜、5瓣蒜、半勺盐、1勺白糖、半碗清水、1勺老抽、1大勺胡椒粉,10片春卷皮、1颗蛋白

1)把虾米泡软切碎,沙葛&胡萝卜切丝,蒜切末备用
2)热锅热油,下入蒜爆香再下入虾米翻炒,加入胡萝卜翻炒至软,这时就可以加入沙葛丝一起翻炒
3)加半勺盐、1勺白糖、半碗清水、炒均匀盖上锅盖焖2-3分钟
4)最后加入1勺老抽、1大勺胡椒粉快速翻炒均匀就好了
5)春卷皮上,加入2勺炒好的沙葛,左右对折,尾部刷上蛋液,卷起来完成
6)热锅热油,下入春卷炸至金黄色捞出即可享用❤️

Ingredients: 30 grams of dried small shrimp, 600 grams of yam bean, a piece peeled carrot, 5 cloves of garlic, half a spoon of salt, 1 spoon of sugar, half a bowl of water, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of pepper, 10 pieces of spring roll skin, 1 egg white

1) Soak the dried small shrimp until soft and chop, shredded yam bean & carrot, minced garlic and set aside
2) Heat oil in a hot pan, add garlic and saute until fragrant, then add in dried small shrimp and stir fry, add carrots and stir fry until soft, then add shredded yam bean and stir fry together
3) Add half a spoon of salt, 1 spoon of sugar, half a bowl of water, stir fry evenly, cover the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes
4) Finally, add 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of pepper and stir fry evenly.
5) On the spring roll skin, add 2 tablespoons of fried yam bean, fold left and right, brush the tail with egg white wash, roll up and finish
6) Heat oil in a hot pan, add spring rolls and deep fry until golden brown, take out and enjoy ❤️
