Every binge of mine looks different, I just thought I would share a part of this one with you. Sadly, not everything I ate is included in the video. This took place after over a month of clean eating and not craving sugar at all. Now I've been off track for 6 days because of one mistake. I want to refind my drive and lose the binge weight for real. I will post videos about my journey every week.
