材料:
马铃薯500克
小葱头(炸葱) 适量
青葱 适量
红椒 适量
小辣椒 适量
鸡蛋 1粒

调味:盐 胡椒粉 小茴香粉

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Potatoes 500g, peeled and slice thicker
2. Shallots x3, sliced
3. Green spring onion 1 stalk, diced
4. Red chilli xhalf, remove seeds and julienne
5. Green chilli padi x2, diced
6. Egg x1, whisk

Seasoning
1. Cumin powder 1tsp
2. Salt 1/2tsp
3. Pepper little

Method
1. Fry the shallots till golden brown and crispy. Set aside
2. Fry the potatoes under high heat till cooked. Transfer to a container and smashed it.
3. Add in seasoning, fried shallots, spring onion and chilli. Mix well
4. Knead into round shape and slightly flatten it. Place a plate with cling wrap
5. Dip the begedi in the egg and deep fry under medium. Then turn to high heat and fry till golden brown
6. Serve and enjoy! 💕
