Macros:
400 Calories
45g Protein
30g Carbs
13g Fat

Ingredients:
Make 10 Sandwiches

30oz Lean Ground Beef (96/4) (850g)
10oz Ground Turkey (285g)
1 Tbsp Garlic Salt (15g)
0.5 Tbsp Onion Powder (3g)
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning (7g)
0.5 Tbsp Black Pepper (3g)
15 Whole Eggs (900g)
1 Cup Diced White Onions (150g)
0.5 Cup Diced Bell Peppers (75g)
10 Fat Free American Cheese Slices
10 Low Calorie English Muffins

Low Cal Sriracha Mayo:
0.5 Cup Light Mayo (120g)
0.25 Cup Sriracha (60g)
0.25 Cup Lemon Juice (60g)
0.5 Tbsp Garlic Salt (7g)

Cooking Directions:
Combine 30oz (850g) ground beef and 10oz (285g) ground turkey in a large bowl. Season the meat with garlic salt, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
Divide the seasoned meat into 10 equal 4oz balls and then shape the balls into thin patties.
Cook the patties in a pan on Medium heat until golden brown and proper internal temperature.
In a large bowl, combine 15 whole eggs, garlic salt, black pepper, and whist it all together.
Add the eggs to a greased baking tray and add in some diced onion and bell peppers (optional).
Bake at 350F for around 15-17 minutes or until the eggs are firm. Cut into squares.
(Optional) Make some sriracha mayo by combining light mayo, sriracha, lemon juice, and garlic salt.
Assemble the sandwiches with a low calorie English muffin, sriracha mayo (optional), one egg square, a sausage patty, and a slice of American cheese.
Wrap the sandwiches in parchment paper and freeze for up to a month.

Important Cooking Notes:
To reheat the breakfast sandwiches from frozen, follow these steps: Put a frozen sandwich on a plate and cover with a wet paper towel. Microwave for 4-5 minutes.
