Water Bath Canning Applesauce in the Nesco Smart Canner | How to Can Applesauce without Sugar

This was my first attempt at water bath canning applesauce in the Nesco smart canner. I used the instructions in the Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving. I show you the entire process from preparing the jars and lids for canning, the solutions I use to keep the apples from turning brown, how I make the actual applesauce, and how I can the applesauce. I chose to water bath can sugar free apple sauce, but I show you how much sugar to use if you want to add sugar to your applesauce.
