The orange peels are boiled in a simple syrup, may takes a bit of time to make but the process is simple and worth it.

RECIPE
400g Orange Peels
1 kg Sugar
1 Litre Water
50g Light Corn Syrup

NOTE:
⚠️ The candying process vary from 6-10 days (depending on size, thickness and types of oranges)
⚠️ This recipe requires 400g peels, about 7 medium-large sized orange

UPDATE:
⚠️ If you have refractometer, the orange peels are done once reaching 72 brix**
