今次汪家智註冊脊醫(脊骨神經科醫生)為大家介紹簡單的寒背伸展運動。寒背千萬不要看小,如果有寒背,可以令頸部、背部出現痛症。最常見就是頸骨移位…. 令到神經缐受壓,出現手麻痹、 頭痛、頭暈、高血壓等。而如果背部出現過緊,自然胸椎骨可以移位,也會影響呼吸,心臟功能,及自律神經出現不協調。Dr Joe 為大家示範的運動可以一切做,但如果真的有痛就一定要詢問醫生。
