85 YEARS LONG BOUNDARY DISPUTE BETWEEN PHERIMA AND PIPHEMA VILLAGE FINALLY RESOLVED

The settlement of boundary dispute between Pherima and Piphema village, which was started in 1938 nearly 85 years ago, was resolved amicably on June 24 at Mid-Way resort, NH 29, Tseipama. Earlier, laying of boundary pillar and prayer was proposed by Pastor Piphema ‘A’ baptist church, Pezangulie Keyho.Brief background and mediation of the boundary was done by Senior Advocate & Mediator, Taka Masa.
Short speeches were delivered by head GB Pherima village, Vikato Ayemi,president Chakroma Public Organization (CPO), Zhato Kimho,president Western Sumi Hoho (WSH) Shikaho Zhimomi and Pelezetuo Kuotsu, president Piphema Khenu Krotho.
Later thanksgiving and blessing was pronounced by Rev.Dr.Phughoto Sema, Executive Secretary, WSBAK. The programme was attended by Western Sumi Hoho (WSH), Chakroma Public Organization (CPO), Piphema Khenu Krotho etc
