Polderhoen 2* premium chicken 'en croute' by chef Michel van der Kroft

‘t Nonnetje is a fine dining restaurant located in the small city of Harderwijk in the Northern part of The Netherlands. Guests will discover ‘t Nonnetje on the picturesque square ‘de Vischmarkt’ in the centre of the city. The interior of the small but cosy restaurant is very stylish. Head Chef Michel van der Kroft is a true craftsman in the kitchen and works with local ingredients combined with a French cooking style and flavoured with some Portuguese touches. For this special poultry dish, he chooses polderhoen from the biological farm “polderhoen” from family Kok in Lelystad. A preparation ‘en croute’ with shiitake and served with asparagus and a jus with mace!
