45 MINUTE STANDING ABS & NO REPEAT LOW IMPACT CARDIO - This was a pretty fun workout! It's not overly strenuous as we are doing low impact cardio, but the addition of the weights in the second circuit certainly turn it up a notch! This is a great workout for people who get sore wrists too, as it is all standing! Or if you're in an apartment, since it's no jumping!

*Calorie burn is really specific to each body and generally the margin of error is between 15-25%. So, take it with a grain of salt and certainly don't compensate with overindulging. The number on the thumbnail is what I have burned according to my Apple Watch 4.
