I wish we could all learn at school how to live in the heart, rather than in the mind. The heart is quiet while the mind is noisy. The heart is always sweet, while the mind can often be edgy and unkind. The heart knows exactly what to do in every moment, while the mind deliberates, rationalises, hesitates. And yet, we are taught that the mind is our most trusted ally! This 20-minute kundalini yoga kriya addresses this imbalance - we learn to honour the heart's wisdom alongside our mind's knowing.

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
