This video is about my fifth race this year as a part of my running experiment. I ran the half marathon at the Neujahrsmarathon in Zurich on January 1st, the half marathon in Warwick, UK on February 4th, the half marathon in Zurich on April 21st, my first ultra-marathon, the North Downs Way 50 mile race on May 18th, and now my first 100-mile race, the South Downs Way 100 on June 8th.

This channel is for everyone who wants to witness that almost everything is possible if we set our minds to it. We all can achieve goals that seem at first impossible, but if we take one step at a time, we mostly can achieve our set goals eventually. Consistency is the key. And consistency is my strength and that’s why I’m curious about what I can do over the next couple of years. Join the journey with me and dream big too.

My running experiment has 4 main objectives within the year of 2024
• Stay injury free
• Keep running my passion and fun
• Complete a 100 mile race under 30 hours
• Complete a 5km run under 20 min

The outline of the running map is set.
• 3x half marathons
• 1x 50 miles race
• 2x 100 miles races
• and some extras :)

I believe almost everything is possible if we set our minds to it. I believe we all should dream big too.
