PROJECT 100 - EP9 - PEAKING IN THE PEAK DISTRICT

The ninth episode within a ten part video series that revolves around running and the journey of a runner as he trains for and tackles his first road marathon, ultra marathon and a 100 mile attempt all in the space of 292 days.

After a rather uneventful July, where most of my training was in and around Leicester, I knew August would be an exciting month. In this episode I cover everything from attending a heavy metal festival to going through a moment of crisis on the Kinder Plateau. Throughout my 4 weeks of quickly increasing training, I managed to squeeze in 3 grassroot level races that in my opinion have plenty to offer. So if you're already thinking about your plans for Summer 2025, I hope my honest experiences can sway you in the right direction!
