17th asana in the Light on Yoga is Utkatasana or the Chair Pose

This pose removes the stiffness in the shoulders.It helps in strengthening the entire legs - thighs, calves and ankles. It gives a gentle massage to the heart and helps in toning the back and abdominal organs.
