The 12th asana in the Light of Yoga is Parsvottanasana or the Pyramid Pose!

Parsvottanasana is great for stretching the hamstrings, hips and relieving stiffness in the legs. This pose also makes the hip joint and the spine elastic. As we bend forward, the abdominal organs are contracted and toned.
