In the California Bay Area, we are fortunate to live among a variety of wildlife that offers rich rewards. One of these generous beings is our local Bay Trees. Our beautiful Bay Trees provide many resources, one of which is the Bay Nut. In this video, Dana Hawke, herbalist and educator, talks about the Bay Tree and some of the benefits they have to offer. She also shares her recipe for delicious Bay Nut Drink, a tasty and uplifting alternative to coffee.
