Today is a legs and glutes workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 40 seconds at a time and complete each exercise 3 times each. I am showing you modifications this month with resistance bands so make sure to grab your bands if you will be out of town because you will be able to keep rocking with me too! I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells up to my 50 pound dumbbells so grab yours if you're ready!

2. Left Leg Front racked Squat Pulse and knee drive
3. Right Leg Front racked Squat Pulse and knee drive
4. RDL
5. Left Leg RDL and Reverse lunge
6. Right Leg RDL and Reverse lunge
7. Forward Lunges
8. Reverse Lunges
9. Sumo Squats
10 Glute Bridges
11. Glute Bridge Pulses
12. Glute Bridge abductions
13. squat walk with band
14. low hold squats
15. heel lifted squats
