Age of Empires IV The Sultans Ascend Scenario 8 The Invasion of Cyprus

Age of Empires 4: The Invasion of Cyprus is the eighth mission in the Sultan Ascend campaign. It centers around the Mamluk Sultanate's invasion of Cyprus in 1426.

The mission begins with your character, Sultan Barsbay, responding to the Cypriot King Janus' alliance with pirates who have been raiding the Egyptian coast. Your objective is to launch a full-scale invasion of Cyprus, culminating in the capture and razing of the Cypriot capital, Nicosia.

There is an optional objective in this mission to liberate three Cypriot camps that are being raided by pirates. Completing this objective will provide you with additional resources and military units.

Here are some tips for completing The Invasion of Cyprus:

Focus on building up your economy early in the mission. You will need a strong resource base to support your army.
