細鹽 1/8 茶匙
細砂糖 60克
椰漿 90毫升
班蘭汁 70毫升 (把4條香蘭葉和80毫升 清水一起攪拌至細膩,過濾,取出70毫升班蘭汁。
玉米油 1 湯匙

Pandan Coconut Milk Huat Kuih

Ingredients:
Self-raising flour 150g
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
60 grams caster sugar
90ml coconut milk
70 ml pandan juice
Corn oil 1 tbsp

简易粘米粉发糕

材料:
300克 粘米粉
100克 細砂糖
300ml 水
1茶匙半 原味以羅(約5克)

Steamed Rice Fatt Koh

Ingredients:
300g rice flour
100g caster sugar
300ml water
1 1/2 teaspoon Original Eno (about 5g)

金瓜发糕:

材料:
250克 自發面粉(過篩)
100克 金瓜泥
150毫升 清水
110克 幼糖
1茶匙 發粉
40克 玉米油

Pumpkin Fatt Koh

Ingredient:
250g self-raising flour (sifted)
100g pumpkin puree
150ml water
110g sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
40g corn oil
