Yoga for Fibroids, Endometriosis, & PMS | Stir up stagnation & improve circulation

Описание к видео Yoga for Fibroids, Endometriosis, & PMS | Stir up stagnation & improve circulation

I designed this yoga sequence to promote circulation and warmth. This is intended to improve dampness and move stagnation, which in TCM is thought to improve imbalances commonly associated with fibroids, endo, and PMS.

There are even research articles about yoga's impact on pelvic pain and quality of life for people with endometriosis. You can read those abstracts here:

The Practice of Hatha Yoga for the Treatment of Pain Associated with Endometriosis
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27869...

A Qualitative Study on the Practice of Yoga for Women with Pain-Associated Endometriosis

Hope you enjoy!

When to practice: whenever it fits your schedule and feels most supportive to you. This practice was designed with all phases of the menstrual cycle and ART in mind.

How often to practice: I usually recommend practicing some form of yoga at least three times/ week for my one-on-one clients, more often if it feels good to do so and it works for their schedule, less often if it doesn’t. Ultimately, it’s your call.

Post-Practice Reflection Questions
Where in life do you sense an invitation to change things up, to shake things up?
What would help you feel safe to make those changes?
What’s one small step you can take forward toward the change(s) you identified?
