I’m currently at the airport waiting for my flight to Washington DC where I’m starting my masters program and training with a new girls group - before that though, let's make a memory of a typical training week for me in the UK 🧱 with special thanks to my coach who got me through two stress fractures, got me training consistently and running a big 10km PB earlier this year 😍
