Hip Pain? Stretch Adductors

Описание к видео Hip Pain? Stretch Adductors

When the inner thigh muscles, or adductors, are too tight the hip can not properly externally rotate. So in simple terms, you can not push your knee out while you squat, run, jump, etc. This is a big problem because then you can't use your hip properly. The posterior muscles of the hip should be doing a large portion of the work, mainly the glutes. If you can not externally rotate the hip then the glutes will not work properly and you will rely on hip flexors to do most of the work, like the quads and adductors. This will manifest itself in pain a lot of the time. Clearing up the adductors with this stretch is a good place to start.
