30 Min. Kettlebell x Mobility Workout | Weighted Mobility | Strength & Conditioning | DAY 2

🏋🏼‍♀️ Day 2 of our „own every rep“ challenge is a long-awaited weighted mobility workout 🔥.

All circuits build upon each other — they start off with ease and increase in difficulty as you go.
There are modifications available & shown on screen — feel free to play around with different weights.
This workout can be done at home or in the gym.

Always remember: owning every rep means to value quality over quantity. This is not about pace, but about giving every rep your full attention ❤️‍🔥.

Equipment: 1-2 KBs (I use 8kg & 12kg; different weights are optional), a shoes (optional!)

00:10 movement prep | 45s on, 15s off | 2 rounds
06:25 primary circuit | 45s on, 15s off | 2 rounds
12:40 secondary circuit | 45s on, 15s off | 2 rounds
18:55 tertiary circuit | 40s on, 15s off | 2 rounds
24:40 FINISHER | 30s on, 10s off | 3 rounds
26:55 cool down | 50s on, 15s off | 1 round
