Leicester Square Pubs: Is there any historic pub interest in London's tourist hotspot?

Are there any decent historic pubs in the area around London's tourist hotspot Leicester Square? That's what I endeavour to find out in this video. As usual I pick a handful of pubs and take a look at their exteriors, interiors, histories, and the origin of their names. Along the way we ponder:

A rather sad recent refurbishment of a pub which seems to have tripped out all the Victorian features.
Was the Bell (now known as the Imperial) named for anatomist Sir Charles Bell?
The "Philanthropic Society of Hairdressers of All Nations"!
The Salisbury's surprising run of landlords who were formerly boxers.
How do you pronounce "Chandos"? I have no idea.
Why is the Porcupine called the Porcupine? It goes back all the way to 1394!
