Ingredients:
To make Millet Pongal :
Thinai (millet) - 1/2 cup
Moong dal (paasi paruppu) - 1/2 cup
Pepper - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli - 1
Asafoetida
Pepper jeera powder - 1 tsp
Ghee - 2 tsp
Cashew

Quick Recipe:
🍛 Take half cup of moong dal and half cup thinai and wash it and soak it in one cup of water for half an hour
🍛 Transfer this in to the cooker and add 2 cup of water, asafoetida and salt in it and cook for 3 whistle
🍛 In a pan, add ghee, pepper, jeera, green chilli, curry leaves and cashew and roast it, then add it in the Pongal and also add 1 tsp pepper jeera powder and mix it well and miller pongal is ready

To make SAMBAR:
Ingredients:
Toor dal(thuvaram paruppu) - 1/2 cup
Sambar powder - 2 tsp
Onion 🧅 - 1
Tomato - 1
Potato - 1
Green chilli - 1
Tamarind karaisal - 1/4 cup
Salt
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Oil
Jaggery - 1 tsp (powder)

Quick Recipe:
🫕 In a cooker, add 1/2 cup toor dal and 1 1/2 cup of water and cook for 4 whistle
🫕 In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves, then add onion, tomato, potato, green chilli and curry leaves and saute it
🫕 Then add this mixture in to the cooker and add 1/4 cup tamarind karaisal, 2 tsp sambar powder, 1 to 1.5 tsp salt and 1/2 cup water and cook for 1 whistle
🫕 Open the cooker and mash the potato slightly, then add cooked toor dal, 1 tsp jaggery powder and water and allow to boil for 3 minutes, then add coriander leaves and tiffin sambar is ready
