Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PS4): AP/EC2 Remington, AP Blade, AP Majestic (OM0) (Blip)

Описание к видео Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PS4): AP/EC2 Remington, AP Blade, AP Majestic (OM0) (Blip)

I previously uploaded a game crashing video of attempting to obtain these vehicles. The PC version has you starting HS, LR with OM0, getting the low rider vehicles, putting them in a garage, and then starting "Just Business" to cancel the script for HS, LR. Unfortunately that crashed on PS4. A few months ago, Rodrigo Henz suggested instead of using "Just Business", starting a second instance of HS,LR, and spamming X to avoid soft locking the game. Low and behold, it worked. Unfortunately, it leaves a permanent yellow blip on the mini-map, no matter what.

NOTE: It is possible to temporarily obtain these vehicles without using OM0 by using a GSF homie. But, it's only temporary. There's no way to keep them other than duplication.

So to begin, you need a phone call and high enough driving skill to enter 8-Track. In this video, I was using the phone call from Tenpenny after the mission "Madd Dogg's Rhymes". Then you have to enter the 8-Track marker while holding L1 while the phone begins to ring. Once inside, blow up the Hotring Racer while holding L1. I usually don't shoot right at the gas tank, as that gives me a pesky wanted star, that way I can easier verify if did the set-up correctly. If done correctly, the phone won't be ringing after the 8-Track fails. You must hold that L1 button for a while. Next, you must recruit a homie BEFORE entering the mission. Can't be after, as "High Stakes, Low Rider" for some reason disables recruiting homies while it's active. Then grab a low rider (the convenient Voodoo spawn near Cesar's house is the one I always use) and head to the mission.

Now for the luck part: You must enter the marker while holding the phone call button. Then as Cesar is saying "Heyyyy", let go of the phone call, then skip the cut scene half a second after. It should take you to the next screen where CJ is waiting for Cesar. Start mashing the exit vehicle button and hope to the high heavens CJ jumps out. Most of the time, he doesn't and the mission begins again. If this happens, quickly mash X to skip the cutscene. If you don't do this, it'll soft lock the game and you'll have to restart the system. If you skip the cutscene quick enough, you'll be on a black screen, but you'll be able to reload the game. If CJ gets out of the car correctly, take your homie to the starting line. You have to wait until Cesar's blip turns yellow; otherwise the AP vehicles will be stuck. But the GSF homie will start running and pulling the Aztecas out of their vehicles. These guys are AP, but will die if you have a parachute on.

There's four AP vehicles here: Cesar's Savanna, a Majestic, a Blade, and an EC2 Black Interior Remington. Note that the orange Majestic is only BP/FP/EP/MP. No crash proofing. You can take it if you want, but it's pretty pointless. In this video, I skip Cesar's Savanna as Cesar gives us another AP Savanna later in the game. I store the AP Remington, Blade, and Majestic in the El Corona garage, and I don't let them touch. In the old Special Vehicles guide on gtaforums, SpriteFan notes that if they touch, they will vanish. So, I don't take the risk. After they're in the garage, I enter the HS, LR mission again. From the get-go, I start mashing X. If you're quick enough, you'll avoid soft-locking the game and will be able to move freely. If done correctly, get out and destroy your low rider and run to your garage to check on the AP vehicles. They should remain, like in my video.

Afterword, I save and reload the game and test the proofings to show they're AP. Then I drove to where the yellow marker now is on the mini map. Unfortunately it stays there for good. After the recording, I did complete "High Stakes, Low Rider" without an issue, so at least it looks like it doesn't corrupt the game save. But it's still annoying. In this particular video, I enter the second "High Stakes, Low Rider" marker using the same Low Rider I entered with the first time. Even if you enter with a different Low Rider, the mini-map will have the yellow blip. It looks like it's unavoidable.

Of course, you can just obtain these vehicles and convert them to AP with a GF to avoid blips and hassle. But, this video is here to show that they're possible to obtain on at least PS4.
