Donsö Island, Sweden | Enjoy Life After 50

After a bumpy sailing tour we ended up at Donsö.
Donsö Island are together with the neighbor island Styrsö, the biggest islands in the southern part of the Archipelago in Gothenburg. On Donsö there is about 1500 inhabitants. Here is fishing and shipping business the most important. Donsö is after Stockholm and Gothenburg the largest shipping business.
The harbor is the hart of the island and is surrounded bye fishing buildings from the 19th century. It is not many cars on the island and small electrical golf cars are used instead.
There are different nature paths which offers wonderful views over the archipelago and the see.
On the island you can find restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches to take a swim in.
