This is what I eat in a day for stable energy, stress support, a fast metabolism and vitality. I ate to be skinny for so long and it destroyed my health. I was 100% malnourished, running off of cortisol and wow did I suffer. I feel so much more free, energized and happy now. I hope you can too!

RECIPES

Gut-healing Gummies
1 c @lakewoodorganic pineapple juice
1/2 c organic orange juice
1/4 c coconut milk
3 Tbs @greatlakesgelatin gelatin...I use juuuust under 3 T(more like 2 1/2T) for a softer gummy
2 T raw honey

1. Pour all the juice and honey into a pan, don’t turn the heat on yet.
2. Sprinkle the gelatin evenly across the top, let it sit and “bloom” for 2 minutes.
3. Then turn it to medium-low heat and warm it up to help the gelatin dissolve in the juice(just until it starts to bubble around the edges of the pan).
4. Pour into glass Tupperware or gummy molds, put in fridge and let it form(about 4 hours).

Butternut squash soup
1 butternut squash, peeled and quartered
1 onion
2 large carrots
4 cups of chicken bone broth
1-2 t celtic sea salt depending on the saltiness of your broth(I use a lot of salt, lots of good nutrients!)
*I keep it very simple and doctor it up differently each day to keep my taste buds guessing! Bacon, maple syrup, rice, pasta, organic cheeses, get creative. This is just the best base I've created!

1. Add all ingredients to an Instant Pot
2. High pressure for 20 minutes(I just press the soup button, put it to 20 mins)
3. Release the pressure and blend.
