Here’s a QUICK 5 min body weight workout that you can do without any extra equipment!

40 seconds squats (work on form)
20 seconds rest

40 seconds lunges (work on form)
20 seconds rest

40 seconds squats (go faster, count reps)
20 seconds rest

40 seconds lunges (go faster, count reps)
20 seconds rest

60 seconds plank
(If on the plank you need to put your knees down, put them down for a short amount of time to rest then QUICKLY get back up and finished)

It’s AMAZING the work you can get done in 5 minutes! You could do this in the morning before school or right before bed!
