Overnight Oats | 5 Easy & Healthy Breakfast Recipes - these recipes are not only nutritious but also very easy to prepare ahead of time. Don't skip the most important meal of the day - try out these tasty recipes now!

Ingredients for Chocolate & Banana Oats:
→ 1/2 banana.
→ 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned, rolled oats.
→ 1/4 cup (70g) Greek yogurt.
→ 1 tbsp (15g) chopped walnuts.
→ 1 tbsp (15g) unsweetened cocoa powder.
→ 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract.
→ 1 tbsp (20g) honey or maple syrup.
→ 1 tbsp (15g) chia seeds.
→ 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk or any kind of nut milk of your preference.
→ some banana slice for topping (optional).

Ingredients for Blueberry Oats:
→ 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned, rolled oats.
→ 1/4 cup (70g) Greek yogurt.
→ 1/2 cup (45g) blueberries, fresh or frozen.
→ 1 tbsp (20g) honey or maple syrup.
→ 1 tbsp (15g) chia seeds.
→ 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk or any kind of nut milk of your preference.
→ some blueberries for topping (optional).

Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Oats:
→ 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned, rolled oats.
→ 1/4 cup (70g) Greek yogurt.
→ 1 tbsp (15g) chopped walnuts or pecans.
→ 1 tbsp (20g) honey or maple syrup.
→ 1 tbsp (15g) chia seeds.
→ 1/4 cup (30g) diced apple.
→ 1/2 tsp (1.5g) cinnamon powder.
→ 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk or any kind of nut milk of your preference.
→ some diced apple and chopped walnuts or pecans for topping (optional).

Ingredients for Strawberry Oats:
→ 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned, rolled oats.
→ 1/4 cup (70g) Greek yogurt.
→ 1 tbsp (15g) chopped almonds.
→ 1 tbsp (20g) honey or maple syrup.
→ 1 tbsp (15g) chia seeds.
→ 1/4 cup (30g) diced strawberries.
→ 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract.
→ 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk or any kind of nut milk of your preference.
→ a dollop of Greek yogurt and some diced strawberries for topping (optional).

→ 2 tbsp (30g) natural creamy peanut butter.
→ 1 tbsp (20g) honey or maple syrup.
→ 1 tbsp (15g) chia seeds.
→ 2 tbsp (30g) fruit jelly.
→ 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk or any kind of nut milk of your preference.
→ a dollop of peanut butter and some fresh strawberries for topping (optional).
