香煎酱油鱼的做法🐟酱香入味，肉嫩多汁，好吃又下饭💯‼️

材料：2片鱼、1茶匙盐、少许胡椒粉、少许玉米淀粉、5瓣蒜、1块姜、1根去籽红辣椒、少许香菜

酱汁：1勺白糖、4勺老师傅的头抽、1勺黑酱油、100毫升清水

1）把鱼撒上、1茶匙盐、少许胡椒粉涂抹均匀腌制10分钟，再涂上少许玉米淀粉下锅炸至金黄色即可
2）蒜&姜切末，辣椒切粒
3）1勺白糖、4勺老师傅的头抽、1勺黑酱油、100毫升清水搅拌均匀
4）锅留底油，把蒜姜辣椒爆炒，倒入调好酱汁煮至沸腾就好了
5）把鱼淋上酱汁，摆上香菜完成✅
