材料:1条鱼、1茶勺盐、1勺玉米淀粉、1个洋葱、4瓣蒜、1小块生姜、1个去籽红辣椒、1把咖喱叶
酱汁:50毫升酱油、4颗酸柑汁、1勺白糖、50毫升清水

1)把鱼腌制1茶勺盐&1勺玉米淀粉然后下锅小火炸至金黄色
2)洋葱,蒜,姜,红辣椒切碎;准备酱汁:50毫升酱油、4颗酸柑汁、1勺白糖、50毫升清水
3)锅留底油,爆香洋葱蒜姜红辣椒咖喱叶后,把酱汁倒入炒至沸腾即可
4)淋在鱼上就能开吃了❤️
