Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
2 fresh bamboo shoots (about 2 pounds)
50g shredded green onion
30g shredded ginger
1 dried shiitake mushroom (soaked)
30 wolfberries
35g salt-baked chicken powder
175ml boiling water
3-4 slices of bacon or ham
20-30 Sichuan peppercorns
Scallions and coriander for garnish

Instructions:
1. Prepare shredded green onion and ginger, then add boiling water.
2. Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices, remove any fat, and marinate in salt water for at least 1 hour.
3. Cut bamboo shoots into slices matching the chicken's size.
4. Place shiitake, wolfberries, chicken, and bamboo shoots alternately in a bowl. Top with veggie leaf, peppercorns, bacon or ham, and steam for 15 minutes.
5. Garnish with scallions and coriander, and serve hot.
