Are your eyes causing your dizziness? How to deal with visual symptoms in PPPD & chronic dizziness

Описание к видео Are your eyes causing your dizziness? How to deal with visual symptoms in PPPD & chronic dizziness

Visual symptoms and triggers are such a common feature among people who have dizziness that they occur to some extent in almost everyone. In this video, I take a deep dive into why that happens, focusing on people who have chronic dizziness from PPPD, vestibular migraine and other causes. I also give you some exercises to work through to reduce these types of symptoms. As always, stress reduction is the most important part of healing from chronic dizziness! If you don't know how, please check out my free course- it'll walk you through the healing process step-by-step. There is an entire vestibular rehabilitation program example in the course, and you can incorporate some of these vision-specific variations in this video into your plan.
