今天我會跟大家講下頸椎椎間盤突出, 頸椎椎間盤突出最大的徵狀是什麼呢?通常很多時候病人說沒有頸膊痛 , 原因就是因為椎間盤突出 壓住神經線的時候會是一些反射痛楚, 而不是痛在頸膊, 而是在肩膊和肩背那個位置比較痛. 有伸延痛至手上臂甚至有一些病人說手下臂或是手指麻痹. 最大的徵狀就會半夜痛醒或者早上起來的時候 好像頸很緊和麻痹的現像出現. 其實很多病人都不清楚自己原來有頸椎椎間盤突出直至覺得自己突然其來的膊頭痛或手麻痹....

Today we will talk about cervical disc herniation. What are the symptoms of cervical disc herniation? Many times patients say they don’t have neck pain
because when cervical disc herniated and press on the nerve , it trigger referral pain on scapular and upper back. The pain extends to upper arm, some patients say their pain radiate to forearm or fingers. The worse symptoms is the pain wake up patient at night, neck feeling tightness and numbness in the morning. Many people don’t know they have cervical disc herniation until they have a sudden upper back pain or finger numbness.....
