今天我會跟大家說下髂脛束症候群IT Band Syndrome. 什麼叫髂脛束症候群呢? 髂脛束就在哪裡呢?
髂脛束其實就在髖關節去到膝蓋外側, 髂脛束其實是一個筋膜的形態並不是肌肉所以基本上不能特別去伸展也沒有收縮狀態出現. 很多朋友如果他有長期的跑步或是我們常見病人騎單車很多或者彈跳的運動比較多很多時候就會勞損了這條髂脛束, 引伸了是膝蓋外側會痛的.
