Paralysis is a condition when there is a brain stroke due to a clot or vein burst. When this happens, the part of the brain gets damaged and stops working, and as the brain is the command center of our body, certain parts stop working. Suppose we have to bring back the functioning of the hands and legs of a paralysis patient. In that case, we have to start neuroplasticity by taking the medication and the repeated exercises that the doctor advises.

The exercises mentioned in the video will certainly help a paralysis patient bring back the functioning of the body parts and the brain. It is very important to improve oneself within the 6 months after paralysis as it will be very difficult to bring changes after that.

Beginner exercise for paralysis patient

1. The first exercise mentioned in the video is very easy to do and is for beginners. To begin, you have to lie down on your back and bend the knees, and your feet should face the floor; keep the feet firmly and apply pressure and push your stomach upwards and stay there for 10 seconds. You have to do this exercise ten times. If the patient cannot do this exercise by himself, then the caretaker can assist the patient by providing support on the back of the patient and pushing it upward.
2. Knee rolling: This exercise can be done by the patient very easily. To begin, you have to lie down on your back and bend the keens. 3. In the next exercise, you have to lie down on your back and bend anyone knee, now move the knee to the right side then to the left side. This exercise is the same as the knee rolling exercise. The difference is we have to do this with one knee. Repeat this exercise for the other leg.

Intermediate exercises for paralysis patients.

1. To perform these exercises, we need a gym ball. In this exercise, we need a certain height; that is why the ball is being used. First, put the gym ball under the leg, now put the pressure on the ball by using your leg, lifting your hips upwards, and holding it for ten seconds. This exercise will help the load barring area that lifts the body and gives the balance to stand. Do not exert yourself when doing these exercises.

2. In the next exercise, lie down on your side and bend your knees, now lift the bended knee upwards; you will feel a stretch on your thighs. Now change the side and repeat the same on the other leg.
3. In this exercise, you have to start by doing the horse pose. Next, lift the right leg and left hand. Try to stay in this position for some time and then change the side and repeat the same. Be careful while doing this exercise.

Advanced level paralysis exercise

1. To do this exercise, you need a gym ball, now keep both your legs straight up on the gym ball, and push your stomach and hips upward to the ceiling. Do this exercise for ten seconds and repeat it a few times.
2. To begin, lie down on your stomach and keep your hands and legs straight aligned in one line. Now lift your hand and legs in the air as much as you can. You will feel pressure in your stomach when doing this exercise. The more you can do this exercise, the better you feel.
3. In this exercise, you have to lie down on your back and lift your legs and start making a cycling pattern with the legs. In this exercise, all the muscles of the leg will be affected and will get strong.
