ingredients :
spanish Mackerel - 1 kg
shallots - 200 gms
fresh Tomatoes - 4 no's
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
coriander powder - 2 tbsp
rock salt - to taste
fresh tamarind - 1 lemon size
raw mango - 1 nos
garlic - 8 to 10 pods
gingelly oil - 60ml
curry leaves - 3 sprigs
coriander leaves - 2 sprigs

Tempering;
red chilli - 3 nos
mustard - 1 tsp
fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
