Recipes:
1. Aam ras:
Grind the following into thick paste:
Mango and chop into pieces
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Cardamon(Velchi) powder

2. Vatana Tonak:
Heat 2 tsp Oil
1/2 spoon mustard seeds
Asafoetida
Curry leaves
Boiled green peas
1 Potato chopped
Add Grinded mixture of the foll:
1/2 grated coconut
1 tbsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Coriander leaves
Tamarind
Water

1 Tomato chopped
Water as needed
Salt to taste
1 tsp Jaggery
Handful Coriander leaves

3. Valachi Bhaji
Heat 1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard
2 Green chilly sliced
Val bhaji
Water as needed
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Grated coconut
Pinch of Sugar

4. Dal
Heat 1 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tap Mustard seeds
Asafoetida
2 Green chilly sliced
Curry leaves
Cooked Dal
Water as needed
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Ginger chopped
1/4 tap Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Sugar
Handful Coriander leaves

5. Puri
1 cup Wheat flour
2 spoon fine Rava
Salt to taste
Oil
Water as needed
Knead into tight dough

6. Solkhadi
Water
2 tbsp Kokum juice
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 Green chilly chopped
Coriander leaves
Asafoetida

Serve the veg thali!
