Please join me for this all standing strength workout for the upper body. This is the perfect workout to effectively work all areas of our top half including, shoulders, biceps, triceps, back and abs! I take you through 15 exercises with no repeats! Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds, with 15 seconds rest before the next move. Please go at your own pace.
I'm using 1 ten pound (4.5kg) dumbbell which is challenging. Start with a lighter weight and increase as you get stronger. Take a break if you need to, it's more important to have proper form. Using a light weight is still a great workout!
