蘑菇 - 1碗(7朵,切片)
素烟熏火腿 - 1片(切碎)
黄油 - 3片(可用橄榄油代替)
盐 - 适量
黑胡椒粉 - 适量
自制腰豆奶 - 1杯(生腰豆1.5把+水1杯,搅细)
*可用罐装腰豆奶、燕麦奶、杏仁奶或任何植物奶代替

蔬菜高汤/意大利面条水 - 1杯
香菜, 芝士粉 - 装饰
橄榄油

*高汤/意大利面水量, 请根据面条的性质(软硬度)自行调整

Spaghetti - 2servings (200g)
Button Mushroom - 1bowl (7pcs, sliced)
Vegetarian smoked ham - 1 slice (finely chopped)
Butter - 3slices (may replace with olive oil)
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - a dash

Homemade cashewnut milk - 1cup (1.5 handful raw cashewnut + 1cup water, blend finely)
*may replace with packet Cashewnut / Oats / Almond milk or any type of plant-based milk

Vegetable broth/Pasta water - 1 cup
Parsley, cheese powder - for garnish
Olive oil

*Please adjust the amount of broth/pasta water based on the pasta texture
