❤️BAHAN-BAHAN :
250 gm mentega bergaram (lembut) | 1 cawan
30 gm minyak sapi berkualiti tinggi | 2 sudu besar
60 gm susu pekat manis | 3 sudu besar
12 gm gula pasir kisar halus | 1 sudu besar
1 biji kuning telur gred A/B
1 sudu teh blueberry emulco
1 sudu teh pewarna ungu
38 gm tepung jagung | 1/3 cawan
16 gm tepung kastad | 2 sudu besar
340 gm tepung gandum | 2.5 cawan & 3 sudu besar

Jem blueberry secukupnya
Coklat masakan putih (cairkan) untuk hiasan secukupnya

SUHU MEMBAKAR : 160℃ | 320℉ selama 30-40 minit pada rak kedua bawah, api ataas bawah. Panaskan ketuhar 10 minit.

1. Boleh gantikan gula pasir kisar halus dengan 2 sudu besar (14 gm) gula icing.

I used classic semperit mold to shape the tart pastry to get a distinct rolled tart pattern. make these lovely rolled tart to impress your guest of as a gift to your loved one!

❤️INGREDIENTS :
250 gm softened salted butter | 1 cup
30 gm high quality clarified butter | 2 tbsp
60 gm sweetened condensed milk | 3 tbsp
12 gm finely ground granulated sugar | 1 tbsp
1 large/medium yolk
1 tsp blueberry emulco
1 tsp purple coloring
38 gm cornstarch | 1/3 cup
16 gm custard powder | 2 tbsp
340 gm all purpose flour | 2.5 cups & 3 tbsp

Blueberry paste as required
Melted white chocolate for decoration as required

BAKING TEMPERATURE : 160℃ | 320℉ for 30-40 minutes at middle bottom rack, top & bottom heat mode. Oven preheated for 10 minutes.

1. You can substitute finely ground sugar with 2 tbsp (14 gm) powdered sugar.
