Gosht Khor Platter (BBQ): Featuring Chicken & Beef Seekh Kababs, Malai boti and Sultan Rahi Tikka boti, this platter is a meat lover's dream come true. If you are craving for Al Haaj Bundoo Khan in Sindhi Muslim Society Karachi, or the BBQ Tonight located at Clifton, Karachi style barbecue then this platter will surely take your taste buds down a memory lane of yesteryears. The Beef Seekh Kabab & Sultan Rahi tikka boti named after the icon of Pakistan cinema Sultan Rahi famous for blockbusters such as Maula Jutt, Sher Khan, Basheera, Godfather etc. is a must try.
Bihari Boti Karahi: Behari boti (beef) first is cooked in tandoor. then sautéed with bell peppers, onions, fresh tomatoes, green chilies, ginger and garlic. The spice level on this was pretty mild and reminded us of the Bihari Kababs that we used to have in Bangla bazaar at Mukhtarya Famous Bihari Kabab or at Tehzeeb Kabab House in Orangi Town, Karachi.
Namak Mandi Goat Karahi: Our taste buds were in for a treat with just the first bite – as the meat cooked with minimal ingredients shone like a star reminding us of Mr. Nisar Charsi and his hospitality as well as his iconic Charsi Tikka at his restaurant in Namak Mandi Peshawar.
KBoys Lahori Cholay: If you are looking for a flavorful vegetarian option then Lahori Cholay at Karahi Boys has you covered.
Potohari Chicken Karahi: Methi (fenugreek) based with whole tomatoes, cream and fresh spices, a cousin of the drier chicken karahi as this one had quite a bit of gravy in it very mild but flavorful.
Butter Chicken Karahi: Juicy pieces of boneless chicken cooked in a velvety, buttery tomato-based curry that is rich in flavor and indulgence this was easily the #goood dish of the day and left us craving for more.
Karahi Boys in Brampton is a must visit if you are a fan of karahis and they feature an extensive menu of authentic Karachi, Lahore & Peshawar specialties. The friendly and always smiling staff add to the overall experience.
