IT'S ANOTHER NO-COOK, NO-HEAT MEAL PREP! That's right! I'm sticking with the no heating theme since it's soooo hot these days!! Let's meal prep and do a summer meal prep! No cooking or heating breakfast or lunch. I'm also putting together my DIY dinner kits and snacks. Come see how I pull this all together for my husband and I! Bloopers & Outtakes at the end!

I'm currently following the WW blue plan (Weight Watchers), but I share points for all three programs as well as calories. However, you don't need to be following any type of weight loss program to get tips and ideas from my channel.
