This 10 minute glute bridge workout is a mat based workout to grow your glutes. You can do this workout at home with a mini band if you want or without if you don't have one. It will just give you a bigger burn. The exercises of this 10 minute workout focus on bringing your booty, glutes & hamstrings on fire and lift your bum. I suggest you to do this workout after a longer bum workout or as a booty activation workout. You can always get the best results from home if you combine this with my other butt workouts.
